Terms of Service
The rules for using Voidream and your subscription.
Last updated: May 19, 2026
1. The service
Voidream is a web-based lucid dreaming program operated from France. The service includes a structured 14-day introduction, a dream journal, a long-term mastery program, and related educational content. Voidream is for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Subscription & pricing
Voidream is offered as a monthly subscription with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. After the trial, billing begins at the introductory rate of $9.99 USD per month for the first three billing cycles, then $14.99 USD per month thereafter, unless prices change with notice. Exact amounts shown at checkout apply.
By subscribing, you authorize Voidream (via Stripe) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Subscription, which opens the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation stops future charges. You retain access until the end of your current paid billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months.
4. Refunds
Voidream provides digital content delivered immediately upon access. We do not offer refunds on subscription fees once a billing period has begun. The free trial is designed so you can evaluate the service before being charged.
5. Intellectual property
All program content, text, design, branding, and software comprising Voidream are owned by Voidream or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the service while subscribed. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or create derivative works from our content without permission.
Dream journal entries you create remain yours. You grant Voidream a license to store and process them solely to operate the service.
6. Health disclaimer
Voidream does not provide medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice. Lucid dreaming practices are undertaken at your own discretion. If you have sleep disorders or mental health conditions, consult a qualified professional before using intensive sleep techniques.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Voidream and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Voidream in the twelve months preceding the claim.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties beyond those required by mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of France, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence if you are an EU consumer.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
