Privacy Policy

Voidream ("we", "us") operates a lucid dreaming program from France. This policy explains how we collect and use personal data when you use voidream.com and the Voidream web app.

• Account data: email address (magic-link authentication), optional display name.
• Onboarding answers: age range, sleep quality, stress level, prior experience, and goals — used to personalize your experience.
• Dream journal: titles, descriptions, moods, tags, lucidity status, and dates you enter.
• Usage data: program progress, streaks, completed days and lessons, and activity logs within the app.
• Payment data: processed by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer ID and subscription status — never full card numbers.

• To maintain your dream journal and progress
• To process subscriptions and send transactional emails
• To improve the product through aggregated, non-identifying analytics
• To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal data or dream journal content to third parties.

Data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL on AWS infrastructure). Emails are sent via Resend. Payments are handled by Stripe. Each processor operates under contractual safeguards appropriate to their role.

We use essential session cookies for authentication (Supabase Auth). We may use a referral cookie for the affiliate program when you arrive via a creator link. We do not use advertising trackers.

If you are in the European Economic Area, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Rectify inaccurate data (e.g. update display name in Settings)
• Delete your data (see below)
• Restrict or object to certain processing
• Data portability, where applicable
• Lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority

You can delete your account from Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your auth account and cascades deletion of your profile, dream entries, program progress, and related data from our database. Subscription cancellation is separate — cancel in Subscription settings to stop billing.

We retain data while your account is active. After deletion, data is removed from production systems within a reasonable period, subject to backup retention cycles and legal holds where required.

For privacy requests (access, correction, deletion), contact us through the website. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
